They look same to me, but I bet there is slight difference in the lense angle due to corners being more out on the S8, or for whatever reason

You havent got one with the grill off??

...forgot to mention. After talking to my new best guy in Audi, the bumper guides are same on S8 and A8, wings are different, but the main difference as he suggested as well could be only around the arches.

Here is what I found.

For A8 and S8 part numbers are the same apart first 3 digits which I found from experience meaning nothing if the rest of the numbers is same (steering wheels, switches, airbags etc)

There is an A on the end, not sure about that, but if I remember well that is only revision symbol ?!?!

B@l@x, they are different, very different. How did I missed that when comparing pictures, it is basic shape recognition

I was looking in Etka earlier, you will notice some of the PR numbers at the side use engine codes instead, engine for S8 is BSM if you didn't know already.

If you want I can print an order form from etka with the correct part numbers you need.

If I make my mind up by tomorrow morning then I'll be buying everything from Audi base on a 2006 S8 number plate and the guy is very good.

So.....not even morning yet and I have already made my decision, going to Audi tomorrow order the bits and let the bodyshop know that they will have a little more re-spraying to do so another week without the car, but oh ah, I will be so happy seeing her back after this little plastic operation

Looks like I'll be swapping bits between bumpers on bank holiday
Ahh, and bumper I've got on the car at the minute is already sold, can't get any better than that.
