Default 120k Service - what would anyone recommend?

Apologies, i've hit up a few posts today....

I'm gonna leave mine in with my Indy in the next week or so for a good going over. I do a lot of short trips and noticed the oil is quite black which i put down to the car not typically getting up to high temperature. That's what the mechanic said. He suggested that i change all the fluids now it's at 109k or so and also i should consider he drops the oil pan and gives it a good flush. I'm sure there's a fair bit of carbon in there too.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent service at this stage? I've only done 10k in three years and as I said, a lot of local city driving.

Many thanks (again!!)

I can't help on oil colour as I haven't had a petrol car in a long time, TDI's seem to blacken oil the instant it's been changed.
An Annual Oil change would be wise considering the small miles you are covering. Insist on good quality oil and oem filters.
I wouldn't bother about removing the sump pan unless the car has had a very chequered service history.
Maybe consider changing the ATF and the oil in the Diff if they have never been done before.
Lastly make sure you use somebody reputable thats used to such a complex beast, a poor mechanic can do more harm than good.
