Well -all fitted and pegged at 90˚. It warms up so quickly and heaters are much hotter. God knows how much fuel wasted over the last 4 years.

What a result, after ALL this time!

I replaced the temp sender, cooling fan motor and thermostat on my old TDi A2. Wouldn't get hot quickly enough in the winter, and in the summer it got too hot with the A/C blowing cold then warm air.

It's a great feeling when you sort a problem. Very satisfying!!!

Its funny that you have just found the issue to be that, such a small flow keeps the engine cool.
