not sure on quad zone, but i just replaced a fuse and happened to see heating fuses on the drivers side fuse box at the end of the dash.

You got any VCDS errors?

Made any changes that could have affected coding? And I think there's a setting in the front to affect the back too.

The rear Climate buttons are disabled if you have the child locks on - if it is off you wont be able to switch it on, and if it is on it will show 'Passiv' if you try to alter it - does that help?

child locks should not be on i dont think .. i have no errors come up on the dash. and have not used vcds in a while on the car to mess coding up ... the display is off all together and when you press the on button nothing happenes the red led is still illuminated to show its switched off..

and the rear dead lock button next to the window buttons is not illuminating as if its not working any more .. if i pressed it before it would light up orange to show that the rear windows ect are now bypassed ... but when i press it nothing happens ..????

if there a fuse for the actual child lock in the rear for the rear windows ect ? strange one this is ....

il check the fuses on the drivers side of the car too

It's definitely not turned off in the 'setup' from the front? There is an option there to allow/disallow rear control.
