Thanks guys for the feedback so far, its very useful.
I see the issue with Paypal, and am working on it  Annoyingly, it was working faultlessly, but it seems some last minute finishing touches have upset it. I'll confirm when its up and running again.

List view doesn't appear to work at all for me. Remembering that and the # of items per page would be good.
Also, I find the way items jump up as you hover over them intensely annoying! I just tried to buy a bunch of things and got the paypal gateway error as well which took me right back to the beginning of checkout. I'll give that an hour or two and try again  Defaulting to US addressing etc I presume is config in whichever online store engine you're using. Teething problems but I can see the attraction of not having to pay ebay fees As others have said, an advanced search which could search main or sub categories would be very useful. I haven't done much more than browse yet, but that made me think about setting up an account.
Like many here I've bought from A8parts in the past, so presumably I'm already "on the books" as a customer. Will (or can) any online account be linked to that in any way, even if it's only to see purchase history, or will they be totally separate? I can understand why they may start off separately, but having bought by phone/email and (I think) eBay already it would be nice for both customers and the business to have an integrated view.

I like the home page with clear, well categorised model/equipment area menus. The grid layout is fine by me and the pop up "Buy now" feature is OK too (sorry MikkiJ). Good effort all at PMS.
Like The Laird I am having a good browse too (tho' he's supposed to be at work  ) There isnt anything I NEED right now but there's always something I WANT.

Just playing around with the site Ian, but you might want to check out the search facility with the 'Relevance' sort.
I did a search for the word 'boot' and then chose the 'A8 parts' section. It gives me 156 items. I then got it to display 60 items per page. One of the items on there is item #53642, a Pearl White boot lid. I only knew of one Pearl White A8, so this was an unusual item. As I browsed through all 156 items, a Pearl White boot lid appeared twice. If I change the 'Sort By' to Name or Price, it only displays once.

I would be very interested to hear what device people are viewing the site on - PC with Internet explorer, ipad, android phone etc. as it helps me understand what has been tested and not. I am currently using a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows 8.1 (this Tosh will not run W 10 for some reason). My browser is Mozilla Firefox. This evening I plan on trying on my desktop, that is Windows 10 with Firefox. Glad that you have managed to sort PayPal, will make life easier for us lot

Looking good - can see me wasting an hour or two
I'm on windows server 2008 viewing through Google Chrome and the 'items per page' option doesn't seem to work - only the default 12 per page. Can the default be changed to a lot higher? Probably only those on really poor connections that benefit from a small number of images per page and they may be able to alter the default to suit?
