full auto boot close
fully auto open and close boot
Was this ever fitted to a D2 or has anyone done this, only asking as im thinking of doing it with air or elec setup, also been told a D3 does have this option so wondered if it would be poss to fit one from a D3 |

Hi A8 Owner,
It was not an option to my knowledge, but IT_S8 will no doubt be able to throw light on it. If you do do the mod please post a how to here and I will immortalise ou by adding to the sticky. The mechanise of doing it should be pretty easy. Air would just be a case of a small on-board compressor driving a two way piston to open and close. Look forward to seeing it. Mike
