Default HELP. tried fixing one thing, broke two others

i found a article on here on how to get one touch up on the rear windows and i attempted it last night seeing my drivers door panel had the most broken clips so was easier to remove.but seems like i don't have the same window motors and there is only 2 wires instead of the 8 on the article.also looks like the motor for the window has been changed at one point.

anyone know why all the windows don't have one touch up or down only the drivers has one touch down? is it maybe a relay

i also tried fixing the micro switch for the puddle lights but all i did was get it to work when it feels like it. can they be replaced or repaired they work just seem to stick.

and then some how i messed up the folding mirror on the drivers side.checked all the connections, only thing i noticed was a plug near the mirror but nothing to plug it into. the cable from the mirror goes into another plug lower down.anyone have the wiring diagram for mirror?
i added pictures of the motor
red circle is the mirror cable, green is the window motor

Have you run the windows all the way down in one and back up to recalibrate? This needs to be done after battery change ect. If you haven't it's worth trying before you rip the car to bits.

What model is it?
Both my PF and FL S8's had one-touch down all round, but not up on the rears, I assume for safety reasons.
Have you resynced all the windows by running them all the way down and up?

Aha stupid me didn't see the connector for the "spare plug" hidden away in the mirror housing.i saw on another post where it was and figured out that it could be the cause.
but im still left with the window and puddle light issue.
is there a relay that controls the windows one touch feature?

I suspect its a VCDS programmable feature as you can raise your windows on the remote control and that is a programmable feature. I did an article on Tyre smoke about it. A search of the A8 section under the user name figure11 should bring it up.
