No PRND lights at all.

Hi, yesterday all my PRND lights were on and car wouldn't shift so I read on the internet about fully charging the battery and the disconnecting it for 15mins to reset error codes.

This morning the PRND lights don't even come on.

What could be doing this?

I just had the time belt job done, radiator, water pump and two coolant pipes that go to the transmission replaced. They also said they added transmission fluids.

Could they have botched my transmission?

It is an Audi A8 D2 1995 Model imported from Germany, pretty sure it is the 4 speed automatic transmission.
