Default Tyres again 275/35R20 ACCELERA PHI-2 102Y XL (CAR SUMMER)

you need to be quick with these
i need a deposit to reserve any now as they are so popular

4 tyres £215 inc vat

6 sets available today no idea how long for at this price

Can you do a set of 18"by any chance please?

My current tyres are:
* 245x45ZR18
* 100 YY XL Extra Load
* (Brand is Runway Performance 926).

Daren't even mention the traumatic Morris Marina and Ital's....even an Austin Princess. Brain is now hurting somewhat, so giving up for now...

ZR is old school... the following text was clipped from an online source for tyre ratings:

ZR basically means the tyre is adapted for speeds above 149 mph. ZR tyres includes the speed ratings V(149mph), W(168mph) and Y(186mph).

Before 1990, the manufacturers used "ZR" to mean high performance tyres before the ratings got refined with W, Y…

Nowadays, the marking ZR is not relevant anymore but it is still used in the catalogues of manufacturers and tyre retailers. Look for the speed ratings V,W,Y to find the modern equivalent to ZR tyres and not for the marking ZR. What really matters is the speed rating (V,W or Y).

These tyres look to be Y-rated which is good for 186mph, and something we'll sadly never see on the speedometers of our mighty A8/S8s ;-)
