Default D2 side light bulb replacement

I've had a look and can't see a thread on how to do it. I've tried twisting both ways, pushing and twisting etc but still no joy. Help please

If I remember correctly, the bulb holder just pulls out, along with the bulb. There's no twist-lock mechanism. I think it just clicks into place. Try gently pulling on it.

FL / PF? I thought there was a spring clip. I take it you don't have the owners book?

PF = pre facelift (indicators are completely separate lamps)
FL = facelift (headlamps are one piece units including indicators)

On fl versions sidelamp holder is a straight pull from back of housing
