Default Slow window after replacement.

I had a cracked outer pane when i bought the vehicle. I sourced and fitted a new window. Ever since its been alot slower than the other windows.

Its quick at the top and bottom few inches but the middle section it slows right dow. Also a very loud clunking when you change the window direction.

Any ideas what it could be?

There are few adjustments you can do. It might not be fully square in the runner. Also try lubricating the runner as it might be dry.

The runners are on either end on the door and the glass is adjusted with the inner door panel off. I wouldn't use white grease, your better off with silicon spray.
