Default Look at the size of this!

I was originally drawn to the Bentley because of the colour but then noticed the sheer size next to the Skoda!

Both cars were parked right up against the wall.

Beautiful cars. Friend of mine had the flying spur and it was the best car I have driven. Power, luxury, class.

At least they managed to squeeze all four wheels into the parking bay.

Personally, I'd rather have the Skoda - though to be fair it's only an Octavia - a Superb estate would be less of a difference in length with the Bentley.

A friend of mine also had a Flyng Spur and he often commented that my S8 made his car seem like an expensive, glorified Audi! I’m not sure that rings completely true but I will say both cars offer a sense of occasion.

I often find myself looking at Conti GTs on the web, wondering if it is an itch I should scratch!!

I really like the way the Flying Spur looks. In fact, dare I say, I think it looks nicer than an '8. However, I don't think I'd want to own one though; they just look a bit too pretentious. IMO Audi manage to achieve plush without the pretentiousness of marques like Bentley.

Mulsanne is lovely. My uncle has one. Had a Flying Spur previously and has a D3 W12 as his work car. Loves his cars. He says the Bentleys are more than just a fancy Audi.

I did the launch of the Mulsanne and worked at the Crewe factory in the specification room for the model during press briefings and the size and build quality is sublime. Some of the colour options are a bit mental though.

I remember the build team telling me that they had a Greek customer specify his in metallic candy apple green with a red leather interior and walnut inlays.

No accounting for taste clearly!

I have a neighbour that works for the Crewe shop but in the refurb area. Mainly UK and Tripoli. That's where my silly bits like key rings and pens come from.
