Hi Lee. I think I posted all the part numbers too quickly without reading the full post.

Are you after this shape Light Sensor?

Ok....After a couple of weeks Audi came back to me and wanted my reg....No problem....However I've just been informed that Audi have now rejected the order as that part was not fitted to my car !!!

Anyone know of a reg / chasis number that had 4E0907262 on it ???

The dealers are quite happy to give a false number to get round Audi being *STUPID*

Ta,
Lee

What's the difference between the two, the one on the windscreen and the one in the middle of the dashboard??
One in the windscreen it's light and rain sensor (pic 1 and 2) and one on the dash daylight sensor (pic 3).

Thanks M-A8 but I have the rain/light sensor already.

I need a photo of the light only sensor (lives in the same place as the Rain/light sensor) fitted. Does it use a clip?

The light only sensor was optional in Prefacelift cars, the Rain/light sensor was in all facelift cars.

A mate of mine can't get his light sensor in and I want to know how it is meant to go.

Mike
