Looking at an Amarok V6 or a Ranger Wildtrak. Your A8 will tow the track car thought won't it?

In an ideal world I would buy an SQ5 but I am planning on buying through the business so a pickup is a no-brainer.

Don't fancy buying a cabriolet as well do you?

I looked at the current XC90 before getting my Q7, the towing capacity wasn't great and they come in a few engine configurations - but all were 2.0l 4 cylinders!

Ended up with a Q7 4m, 6 cylinders and with air suspension towing capacity is 3500kg

Maybe, but it has to be a car replacement more than a tower, and its agricultural as hell, I test drove a brand new D-MAX V-Cross last weekend, hideous, cheap shiny plastics, engine sounded like a tractor, power delivery wasn't smooth, the dash and buttons looked like they had been placed in the car by a 5 year old. just awful, compared to the Wildtrak and the V6 Amarok, it just felt really low rent, I am sure its capable but if I tow maybe 10-12 times a year and its a "car" the rest of the time, comfort is key.

Dyno proven after, map was done with road testing and back. Speak to Bobby Singh, he's arguably the best diesel tuner in the UK, he's managed to get 416bhp out of an ASB engine with a modified Darkside BV50 Hybrid:
