Wink A New Hottie has distracted me from my True Love

Hi Folks,

Last week we nailed the problem of our older, less well insulated, big picture window bungalows: a bloody big wood burner!

Early days yet but so far we love it, Purevision brand, not the cheapest but a quality item....

Just like an AUDI! Thing is, I noticed I haven't thought quite as much about the A8 for the past few days?

Is there Product Relationship Counselling we can go for?
(Me and the car?).

There is something completely spellbinding about fire! The sound, the smell and u can just watch it for hours. Good choice of distraction! Not get outside and clean that car, it's filthy!

I'm a bit of a pyromaniac at heart... I love anything that involves a flame!

Sitting in front of ours as I type. Nothing better than a wood burner! I recommend getting a stove fan that sits on top

Ha Ha, have you been doing that "I can take picture of your Audi thing" that another Forum user did? Or are ALL A8s need of a clean ALL the time?

Regarding fire being fascinating, SWIMBO says as we haven't hardly switched Virgin TV on since fire went in I won't miss the service being deleted to pay for the luxury wood burner...

If you want to get "toasty" just start up your S8 and set the temperature to HI!

Finally: gone, but not forgotten.....
1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!
