You should be able to get an in-line lance attachment that is for use in applying foam (or cleaner solution etc) it basically looks like a plastic bottle with an in and an out screw thread feed and some come with a section of lance already on them too
It kinda looks like this

Sorry - I wasn't clear. I'm using one the one that came with my washer. Just wondering if the posh brass ones are THAT much better....?

I wouldnt say so Zip, not for home use - the brass ones tend to just be heavy duty versions that are built for much more use really - Im not sure of the cost difference but I dont see any difference/benefit in their use over the standard ones. . .

Its certainly better than the one that came with my pressure washer (Karcher 650M) which was plastic, but also has a detergent reservoir built in (but never mastered that)
It holds a lot more of the snow foam mix (holds a litre), so I can be really generous with 2 cars at a time.
Much more adjustable, in spray pattern & mixture to high pressure water ratio.

But whether you'd consider that £50 better, I don't know.....
its obviously of much better quality manufacture, and far more durable than its predecessor.

I'm not disapointed in my purchase...

bought it from monza car care...
