Default Parking sensor pushed in

Hi guys

Near side parking parking sensor has some how been fallen back
I have removed fog light & arch liner but still can’t get to it
What’s best easiest way to pull back in place ? Hope I don’t have to remove bumper lol

Some kind of vaccum tool to suck on it and pull out

or stick a melted hot glue stick to it and pull maybe?

Assuming you can't get around the back that is?

Managed to pull sensor back in place using a vac cleaner.
