to update

I sourced the sensors from autodoc. Genuine ones are out fo stock but managed to get Delphi for a bargain £17

normally £25

its really easy to adjust tey boots to fit. The challenge is unpinng the harness which is a fiddle.

in teh end I ordered some new plugs.

This has been on the car and running for the last month and I'm neither getting any issues noir warning lights. So I'll consider it fixed. Turned out to be the drivers side front sensor.

One final complication the sensor plugs refuse to lock into place. Currently duck taped together.

I've just ordered a replacement body side connector so thats the next job

funny i was getting the same on my pf d2, front drivers side sensor was goosed, replacement fixed it but without your additional agro of the other bits

Had a few Audis over the years, mostly early stuff, newest was a D3 prior to my D4, nothing much kept me smitten with other marques so I floated about a bit from one thing to another until that four ring lure caught hold
