I think the reason for this is that there is only a very small community of enthusiasts (ie like this one) who appreciate these cars for what they really are. The rest just think they're driving around in a 'nice big Audi'...

I am not going to be able to make it along chaps, I would like to but I'm due to complete on my new house on the 7th August so its not really the right time for me. I have been in the area before though and very nice it is too, I stayed in Kassel on route from the VW factory in Wolfsburg to the DTM at Hockenheim.

A wee bump for this as it is only a few weeks away.

So far only darrenjoe90 and me are confirmed. I wil probably have A8_Tony with me. Does anyone want to go but not take their 8? Darren is looking for someone to share costs with. He is going on the Friday night sailing from Hull.
PM him if interested.

Hi there,

if anyone decides to come to the meeting, you've got good chances to get a room in the hotel, we're all in.
There are some guys that can't come because of work or diseases, so one or two rooms became free.

Greetz, Chris.
