I would avoid HIDs for the high beam, the bulbs and igniters will not take kindly to the constant on/off and if you wanted to flash someone for whatever reason, the time for the strike and the bulb to get up to temperature may exceed the length of your flash.

Sorry for the late reply...somehow missed the message...
No, no errors on the dash at all...no interference with radio or abs..
I placed the ballast on the frame kinda 15-20 cm below each headlight.
