Default Removing the radio

I know this sounds fairly simple but how do i remove the standard to radio in my A8......D2 ..98..

with two of the 'flat' radio removal keys. One in either side , lock them in place and pull it out.

It's sometimes a bit tight, so you may need to get one side loose at a time and use the cassette slot to pull on.

Be careful you don't bend the little tabs inside as then it's a bugger to get to (sides off the console, remove the console, etc).

I did get the radio out pretty easy and installed a cheap cd/dvd player that folds up as i cant really stretch to a audi one but i cant get the radio to tune in..
Because i got fed up with the electric aeriel sticking i had a real shark fin installed on the roof a few months back but this needs power to the booster built in so my local garage wired it into the suppluy to the old aerial...now...after installing the new unit i dont know which is the lead i need to connect from the old wires to give it power..?????????????

Is this right

How do i manage to make myself these problems..
