So, I got my 255/35/20 tyres on 9J alloys swapped for 275/35/20 and what a difference.

Wheel looks so much chunkier from the side and rear of course because of the extra width. Chunkier mainly because of keeping same profile of 35 not 30 but on a wider tyre.
For the first time tyre actually seats properly on the wheel as it should.

I don't think this will extremely extend my tyre life and completely stop the inner tyre wear, but it will slow it down and spread it more across the wider strip on the inside.
Even in Dynamic which is lowered by another 15mm tyre has a better contact with the surface, it isn't on the very edge.

Ride is slightly better, slightly softer, but by a fraction as diameter of the wheel increased by 14mm up so on top of it car is sitting extra 7mm higher.

The plan is:
Keep a notepad in the car and keep checking the wear every 250miles by measuring each front tyre in 4 different points across the width from the very outside to the very inside.
Toyo's which we removed from the front, and rear, were completely worn out on the inside to the actual carcass where outside and middle of each tyre still had 4.9mm of thread !!!!

This will also allow me to see how many miles do I have to do to wear current 5mm thread to zero.

I also promised my self I will be driving in comfort for next few times only and when I wear the fronts I will put another pair and drive in dynamic only to compare the results.
At the minute comfort is only 5mm higher from stock Dynamic setting so we will see how wider tyre will react to this changes.

Again, THANK YOU guys for all your advice and time in helping me to get to the bottom of this...still need to see my Audi guys to check the Constant ''S''

Small problem tho, my wheels look so small now, I want a set of 21" now
