Intermittent suspension issue

I've recently noticed an issue with the suspension where it won't adjust when going between dynamic and comfort? I hear the relay ticking and suspension settings keep going between grey to available, only time it will sort itself out is if I slow right down?

It will even happen while driving on a motorway and eventually become very bumpy and all good as soon as I slow down.

Relay has been replaced, I don't have VCDS at the moment to scan it, but maybe there is a known issue?
