So the actual reading is within spec just need to re-learn it correctly. Have you tried disconnecting battery for a while to force it to forget all learned values s that it needs to re-learn?

Another thing you could try is to check kickdown switch to make sure it's working at full throttle. I am not sure it has any affect on learning but it would not hurt to check that it is working OK.

Have tried with battery off but no different. Have tried that key on pedal key off trick.
Kickdown switch works as it should.
Thats whats so strange, I need to get it to re learn but havent found a way yet.
I guess its in one of the adaption channels, but cannot find any documentation on what the number is.

With regards to the battery off procedure.
I can try again but once cennected again do I need to do something other than fire the car up?
Maybe turn key to on position and give full throttle before firing up?

Just to update. New tps and still no better adaption.
However when I drove the car with vagcom connected and measuring block 4 I did see that the car recognize both idle, part throttle, full throttle and overrun.
So everything is sorted now.
Car runs great and smooth
