Delete all the codes now you have a copy saved and see what comes back, a couple of codes are dated 2013 so it hasn't been read and cleared in a while.
Something happened on the 6th Feb this year as quite a few codes are dated then, I wouldn't worry to much yet till they have been cleared and you drive it round for a week or two and see what comes back

sometimes using the remove all dtc's doesnt get rid of them all, ussually some though. you then need to go in to each module in turn and delete them and see if they come back
