Default Mirror glass removal

I have some replacement mirror glasses to fit in place of the golden and failed old dipping ones and the new ones are used genuine ones.

I cant for the life of me seem to get the currently fitted ones to unclip from the holder, can you advise how I can achieve that without breaking the current mirror and fluid leaking everywhere.

Tilt the glass alway the up as far as it will go.
With a plastic tool of some sort, gently prise the glass away from the motor at the back.
Keep your hand in front just in case it springs off and takes some cables with it.

We could do with a central repository for all theses PDFs.

I got loads of space on dropbox if you guys want to use it.

Its funny you say that because I was thinking the same thing and extracting all the pages to pdf's from the manual

Funny you both said that
I was thinking same thing some time ago, but I didn't want to suggest and put all that work on Del's shoulders as exporting all the manual to PDFs is probably a very time consuming job unless you can do the whole manual in separate files with a click of one button.

So, every time Del posted a PDF I just downloaded it and started to collecting them in one folder Audi PDFs

Cheers Del

Sometimes is just much quicker to open a PDF than go through Elsa

Thanks Del,

Both mirrors now changed, just had to be a bit more brutal with the removal. I can now see clearly in both mirrors, and the old ones have been placed in the bin.

If I get round to it I have NAS storage at home so can share directly from here.

But thanks for the offer.

Was wondering how easy it would be to make into an book for Ipad but that then limits the audience and there's also copyright issues to consider in any format that it was released in.
