Default Changing the battery in the key fob

Can some kind soul point me to some idiot proof instructions for doing this that don't involve recoding anything or going to a dealer (assuming that's possible)?

Assuming they are all the same, I just flip the lid off the fob (flick the metal key out and pull/pry the exposed ridge of the cover), pop out the old one and slip in the new one, and press the lid back on.

Mine is like this one...

There is no coding it just works, but probably best to do it within 5 minutes, not take out the battery and then order one and wait for it to come. It is a CR2032

I replaced both of mine a while back, (twice in fact as the first batteries were from a multipack and were running) without issue. I did make sure I did it swiftly, just in case. But didn't rush or anything.

Yep, that's the fob type. Cheers. Will give it a go.

Eta: well that was a bit easier than I thought it might be!
