Default Retrofit heated steering wheel

So the one option I decided I wanted that I don't already have was a heated wheel ready for the no doubt now unseasonably mild winter (if it is warm, you can thank me!), I have managed to source a heated wheel and switch and looking at Elsa I need a new slip ring and I am good to go.

Looking at VCDS I currently have 4H0 953 568 A fitted (module 16), does anyone have the correct part code for a slip ring to support both ACC and a heated wheel, I don't have lane departure warning.

Thanks in advance

The only slip ring I could find is 4H0953568H which supports heating (PR-1XT/2ZD) ACC is supported on the steering col. combi switch assembly.

Edit: Just read in your original post you've got the switch

Also, it shows a different part number for the switch for steering column adjustment, just thought I'd let you know.

4H0953551A - heated
4H0953551B - non heated

Thanks for the reply, has confirmed my thoughts I needed a H suffix slip ring, will now watch ebay.de to wait for one at the right price hopefully before the winter starts!!

I got a wheel, with cowl and switch for €165 which I'm happy with, the slip rings seem to sell for between €40 and €150 depending on the seller, so happy to wait for the right price as I certainly don't need heat in this weather!!!!

Looking at the wiring diagram, I may need to run a wire from the switch to the control module if it isn't already in the loom, that aside looks like pretty much plug and play.

I've never been able to work out how to get a part code based upon PR code, so thanks again

Looking at this advert I am wondering if 4H0953568B will work, it looks to have the right connectors?

Looked up that part and there's no PR codes linked, unfortunately can't say if it will work.

Thanks for checking, I may well take a punt on it anyway. I suspect that B was the original part code to include heating, and has been superseded by H....

That was in the back of my mind that B had been superseded. Hope the punt comes good.
