Finally, after being stuck in US Customs for a month and a half, the gruvenparts links arrived..... and fitted.
New and Old....


Installed.....


And thought I'd change the air filter also today, after discovering the state of it this weekend.

The shorter links (1") are for the D2 S8 40V and the D3 4.2 V8 40V.

The longer links (2") are for the D2 A8 3.7 / 4.2 V8 40V and the D3 3.7 V8 40V.

The D3 3.7 and 4.2 V8 40V links are not interchangeable.
The D2 S8 and D2 A8 3.7 / 4.2 V8 40V links are not interchangeable.
