10'' with ET 50 I think it will rub, unless you put 20mm+ spacers.

You won't be able to fit this tyre on 10'' wheel. Min on 10'' is 295 I think.
You better stick with 9'' or 8.5''

Don is running 20x10 on his A8.

But don't think they are E50, Like M-A8 said. They might rub.

Are you able to test fit before buying?

They will fit mate, but there are 2 requirements:
1) You will have to fit at least 20mm spacers (+extra long bolts) so extra cost on top.
2) Are you happy running on 295/30/20?? Cost of them will be probably higher as well when compared to 275/35 and 255/35.
You will have to go 30 profile with such a width on 20s

I get adapters for a very low price so that ain't a problem £200,- for 4x20mm.

The plan is to run 255/35 so the tire price ain't that bad. And if you compare the RUFF Racing to VOSSEN and so on i get almost all 4 RUFF rims for the price of 1 VOSSEN.

That taken in consideration the cost of a couple adapters is ok

There is a 25mm difference in the diameter of the tyre between 35 and 30 profile on 255 width.

255/35 on a 10" rim is going to be a LOT of stretch and technically depending on Norways requirement invalidate your insurance and type approval for the car.

255/35/19 on a 10j wheel.

275/40/20 seem to be a better fit.

If it's at any help, on my D3 with OEM 19x9 ET44 rims, it's about 22mm clearance between the tyre/rim and the wheel bearing housing.
