Default 3.0tdi fault codes

hi all. got a few new problems with the a8, i was coming up a slip road on the motorway and the engine just cut out,

it restarted a few times and cut out but eventually it stayed running long enough to get me home, but it wouldn't change gear its self in D i had to use tiptronic to get it to change.

there's no fault codes on the transmission but heres the ones on the engine

if anyone has any idea what could be wrong id be very grateful,

thanks for taking the time to look/

Sounds like fuel supply issue not building up sufficient pressure.

Possible faults:

-blocked fuel filter
-dodgy pressure sensor
-failing fuel pump

Start by changing fuel filter as cheapest and easiest, if it's not that at least you ruled that out before spending considerable amounts of money.

I forgot to say I've replaced the fuel filter already so i guess the next step is to replace the fuel pressure sensor.

I can't help on the engine fault codes but I recently had a similar problem with the gearbox on my 2004 3.0TDI with 186K miles. Car would not change gear in "D" and appeared to be stuck in first gear. Managed to get to my local garage by using the tiptronic function to change gears. Turned out to be a €15 brake light switch which they had in stock, common fault apparently.
