Just pulled 1100 off etn.sup.rnova.cc Definitely works and pulls in shares from my ~1600h/s rig - Reports reasonable though it's "earnings" tab seems broken. However the ETN rack up and i can pull them out now i've got a wallet.

Price dropped hard a few days back due to it trading properly, but it's starting to climb back up nicely.

S9 is available from Bitmain again, but what a price jump, almost double the price of previous batch now. https://shop.bitmain.com/productDeta...388vvfMz1v06F0

That is quite a jump, in Dollars.

It's interesting when you look at the equivalent price quoted in BTC, BCH and LTC, all of which will now buy you an S9 for much less coins ...

Quote:
2725 USD ( 0.14848121 BTC; 1.23086902 BCH; 7.92093598 LTC; )
Since it's all relative, has the price increased that much or is the Dollar just becoming less desirable (and therefore less valuable)? Can't help but wonder if this will become the norm as more places begin accepting cryptocurrencies, increasingly pricing goods higher in fiat currencies, which will gradually push their value towards zero.

That's one way to look at it but as my wages are still paid in fiat, all of my spending apart from stuff I have bought from Bitmain is in fiat and I can only pay taxes in fiat I have to look at the value in fiat.

Had little play with XMR stak but still getting a lot less hashrate than Cast XMR on all rigs 520h/S instead of 650, 2.5kHs instead of 3.5 and 4.4kHs instead of 5.2 Registry configuration and devcon.exe look interesting but have not tried them yet.

Anybody preordered from scan.co.uk, if so are they charging card when you order or only when it ships?

Just as well these coins don't actually exist or you might just end up with a pile of rust
Can you still buy drugs and prostitutes with these bitcoins or have you people ruined it for everyone?

They charge on order so I haven't. That £500 will do better being BTC than in Scan's bank account so I will keep an eye out in January for when they come in stock.

I see what you did there

What's an S9 making at the moment? Is it worth £2K+?

Difficult to give you a precise figure because my miner is back and forth between rentals and a pool. I'm also using MiningRigRental's automatic pricing now so it's probably not earning as much as it could but it is rented for most of the time now ....

To give you some idea, this is the current rental:

So, I reckon something like 2.4mBTC/day (0.00163413 /16 x 24), or about £970/month, assuming a near continuous rental and a BTC price of about £13.5K.

Probably worst case of around £800/month I would guess.

You can now set minimum price as well with automatic pricing that it will not go under and % adjustment on recommended price

Another a bit dirty trick to maximise profit is to over advertise your hashing speed as you only need 90% hashrate to have positive impact to your rating, there is no difference to rating whether you have 90.1% or 150%.

Thanks. Might give that a try
