Default D3 petrol custom remap

Not sure if this is even possible, but you never know.

The intake manifold flaps on my D3 are stuck solid, and the plastic arms are broken.

The flaps are stuck against the switched off end stops, which I am led to believe where they normally sit above 4.5K RPM which means that below that the car is lacking performance.

Now, I know you can remap a D3 petrol but could it be custom mapped not to get more power, but to counteract the effect of the stuck flaps and restoring at least factory BHP.

Highly unlikely and good custom remap is probably going to cost more than manifold rebuild.

daviesbike (Guy) can refurb your manifold quite quickly I would imagine if they are completely seized, or if the ends are just a bit sticky then I would imagine you could do the Audipages fix on just the hinge points which is what mkoneman did on mine
