Default Sunroof - Cleaning & Lubricating

Just downloaded the notes from the maintenance guide and with good weather, going to clean the sunroof guide rails etc.

Was on Ebay there and I saw that the Audi OEM lubricating paste is very expensive at £40 odd quid for 160g but there's merits in using the right compound for the job.....

I doubt i'm going to use anything near the whole tube and wondering if anyone has a similar job coming up if interested in using what i've left?

I'm really needing to strip-down, clean and lubricate my D2's sunroof mechanism which has misbehaved since I bought the car in December 2018.

Do you know if your lube-paste will "do" mine too by any chance? I'm travelling at the moment, so I'll hopefully have time to check it out over the week-end....

Cheers,

Mike.
