That's the fella... Just turn that and the light should go up or down (I think it's counter-clockwise to go up), do it with the lights on about 6-10ft from a wall and aim the misaligned one with the other one.

There are 2 adjusters. Just be carful as they are plastic cogs and you will snap something if you come up against the stops.

That's my dilemma, a tech on the other audi forums is telling me that with the xenons they will automatically self level the way they were before I adjusted them. I would have to thru the vag com to adjust them.

Only one way to find out

Give it a go and see what it does. I think they self level based on the adjustment in the light unit itself, though I've been known to get it wrong in the past. As long as you're careful with the adjustment, you won't break anything.

Where are you located, just in case you do need someone with VCDS to adjust them.
