Those exhausts look familiar, and I know exactly what Irish Green Pearl can look like when it's dirty.
And the offside rear hub looks to be "at a jaunty angle"......

2003 D2 FL S8. Irish Green Pearl/Beige. Solar sunroof, auto-dim mirrors, electric rear seat functions, ski hatch retrofit; extended leather. Aftermarket DVB-T, reversing camera and full XCarlink (Bluetooth etc.).
2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation". (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!
Finally: gone, but not forgotten.....
1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)
1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon, Auto-dim mirror, Leather, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer.
And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

"I've been Doctored." Doctored in my youth, meant castrated, sterilised, neutered, spayed. It might be accurate, but not something to advertise with a car sticker

How about:

I have a logo already. Just don't use it much yet.

It does need a bit of a professional touch, but I am trying

Yes, I understand the same meaning. But it was meant to be humorous.

If you Google it, you get a number of definitions (none that I have found suggest castrated, or similar, although that certainly was common usage) including repaired and improved.

Its a great basis for a design.
Trouble is that after Nicks post, any accompanying phrases that come to my mind, sound very much like something from Carry On Doctor....

I think it looks great.
D2Doctor or D2Doctor Edition?
A real brand which you already are known for

Finding the right font is important as well, I believe

edit:
or Serviced by D2 Doctor

The font is actually Audi's corporate one with the spacing changed. Its slightly different from the font used on the OE badges though which is a shame. That doesn't appear to be available. It should be evenly italiced (!) end to end, by the same angle as the red diamond, but that pic is actually a render of a CAD model which has introduced some perspective to it hence the different angles at either end which I need to fix.

I do rather like the NASA worm font too though

Teaser pic: go home Bose, your work here is done

MikkiJayne I love the way you've used the S badge. It must be possible to match the Audi font that you mention. Do you have an example you can share and I'll see what I can find
