We could, perhaps, arrange a similar photo for the annual meet??

. . . And I can try out my new arnie style elastic band machine gun on anyone who does - 14 bands a second aimed at varying parts of their body should get them off the bonnet fairly briskly!

Thank you for not condemning me too much!!

£80 worth of vinyl wrap protects the paintwork fantastically well. It's now back to its rightful green. No dents from all the climbing either, stood the test outstandingly well.

Well, apart from the oil not wanting to stay in the engine, the gearbox leaking and the brakes not really releasing all the time! Oh, and the exhaust is all kinds of kippered!

Anyone want a 4.2 D2 by any chance?

I'll do you a favour and take it away for you for 100 notes.

Any reason for the Subaru colours?

It's an organised event and lots of people dress their cars up. If you're on FB just search for 'Scumrun, often imitated never duplicated' to see some great cars. Cows, boats and even a shed!

Daft as it sounds I went for this just because someone gave me the spoiler and then I saw the Subaru decals on eBay for £40! Team Not a Scooby was born. After ruining the paintwork on an MR2 last year removing the event stickers, the vinyl also protected the paintwork (the boot lid was a spare too so I didn't damage the original).

Thanks for the offer but I put that much petrol in it on Sunday!!
