Rear glass
Hi. My rear tint has failed as there are bubbles everywhere. I got few quotes to get old taken off and new matching tints, over £150. Is it more practical to just change the rear glass altogether? If so are they hard to change.

I am with Admiral and they have increased their excess! Also it goes as a claim nowadays!

I think the terminology is its a claim, but it wont affect insurance overall with renewals, mine was the same. Whats the excess? that rear glass is encapsulated, which means cheese wire to get out and hopefully a good fitter to put it back in and seal it properly - easier said than done and a lot of expensive electronics under the seat and in the boot.

Might chance it with a tint shop to see if they can remove and retint first me thinks?
