I too would pay £7k for this car, some people look for the cheapest, others for the best condition and history. Also, it is accurate to say there is nothing wrong on the car, probably not so on the cheaper ones, but this is in another league to any other for sale. This is the D2 S8 to have. Jayzee could easily have stuck some cheap ass £5/600 Nokian tyres on it, but no, he went for the Michelin Supersports - the best around at what would have been at least a grand. This prooves it was taken care of with a genuine 'no expense spared' attitude.

Nollywood, I think you should go for it.

His wheels were painted - not diamond cut, and tyres were vredestein - not Michelin Pilot Supersports. No mention of when it was serviced, or when the cambelt was changed either. I just scanned through that link, so excuse me if I have missed something!

Sarg, if you have nothing positive to say, then can you please refrain from posting on this thread. I feels others have the courtesy not to post on here that may feel the same way as you do. That's called courtesy.

Clearly, this is too rich for your taste, so why not make me an offer?

Yeah, I could get a great deal on some Linglong tyres mate, maybe get an average set of Avus 18" wheels on the car and sell the as new 20" wheels and Michelin tyres on ebay. They are as new.

Take off the Milltek and other bits, and ask £6k with a view to getting offers just under that.

Sarg, you can't give your car away for peanuts, because someone else does. Enthusiasts will pay top dollar for a clean, well cared for D2 S8. If you're in the market to buy an S8, and feel this one's beyond what you're willing to pay, you've got two options.

1) PM Jayzee, and make him an offer.
2) Look for a cheaper one, and be prepared to spend the difference getting her straight.

It's that simple.

I haven't seen this car in the metal, but I would say it's a well cared-for example, one I'd be proud to own, and in a color that's not seen often. She's a great-looking car, and whoever gets to buy her will undoubtedly be glad they did.

The only issue they'll most likely have is keeping her in top condition, as she's been accustomed to.
