I got the same response, After waiting near a week and sending logs. I think more just to know if I had a genuine cable.. I did.

I ended up buying the lowering links too drop mine. But not ideal for veroius reasons.

I'm happy with the ride hight. Just very dissatisfied with the lift on it, but then it's not true air suspension like the D3 it's kind of a hybrid between DRC with air assisted lift ...

Wish I could programme it to have serious off road capabilities in lift mode as I did with my D3 for the winter in Germany! But alas the lift remains a poor 20mm lift for rough roads not snow ploughing.

In my D3 dynamic was low, auto was 20mm lift, comfort was a further 20mm, and lift was a further 50mm fully maxing out the struts. This of course was for extreme conditions. In Germany it was great in the woodland where our cabin was.

Wish I could do that on the D4 but altering the Driver select seems to have no affect on ride hight in the D4.
