I ordered 4 tyres and clicked pay by Visa, but was taken to a Paypal website so decided not to take that route any further. I have a confirmation email and now trying to get through to Customer services but not having much luck. I doubt very much any of the orders you guys have placed will be processed

When I was having trouble ordering on the web, I called to see if I could order by phone. The guy said he knew about some web issues but I couldn't order the heavily discounted tyres by phone. He didn't suggest it was pricing error.
I have an order acknowledgement and a receipt. Doesn't that amount to a contract?

Reading elsewhere suggests they'll be refunding all the purchases - E&OE gives them the authority to do so as contract isn't completed until they're shipped....
Pity as would've ordered some winters!
