A8/S8 Timing tool kit
Hi Guys
having just done my timing belt on my D2 S8, I have all the tools that are needed to do this job properly. These include the camshaft locking bar T40005 The crankshaft locking pin T3242 Audi tool T40009 tensioner wrench (Which allows you to tension the belt properly via a torque bar, rather than making a guess via the cheaper tools) The tensioner locking pin T40011 A lightly modified Draper 'expert' camtool which acts as the pin wrench (Audi tool 3212) All are as new, used once only, and make the job a breeze (The only pain is accessing the crankshaft locking pin plug on the block, the rest is easy) They combine to make a fair weight so postage would be at straight cost to you via parcelforce. You could buy these new (Circa £140 all in) or make me an offer before I put them on ebay (Probably seperately) I'm in Dalgety Bay, Fife if that helps at all! Regards
