Anbody know if any other model shares the same part no for these as the S8, lost one of mine today and as most of you know they are a bit like rocking horse poo!!

If the dealers can supply new ones based on the part numbers I listed on the previous page it doesn't sound too bad

is that price still valid Adrian, for some reason I thought they were much more expensive than that?

My Etka 2013 isn't entirely up to date but suggests £44+VAT so not a million miles away given it's a year on from the date I posted the last prices.

Mine has slightly dodgy clips in the bumper frame on one side so worth a bit of time making sure they're all sound and being really careful lining it all up when you get a new one so it doesn't get lost again

cheers Adrian I was thinking I might cable tie it as well just to make sure when I get a new one, I might retrace my steps tonight in the morning on the off chance its in a car park somewhere, bit of a long shot, but saves me from having to cut the grass

I drilled and cable tied mine like Oli did with is after losing one and seeing another one get easily dislodged. Definitely a good move if you do that Brian

Ordered one from the Dealer, would suggest anyone planning to contact Glasgow Audi parts dept gets a sleeping bag and a packed lunch before trying I would hope if you were trying to get through to them to spend £80k on a new car it would be quicker Anyway for info the part nos for mine ended up being different from the ones Adrian posted and of course more expensive (£79)

Funny story, I ran over one of mine, after it fell off when I went over a speed bump (too entusiastically). It took me a few miles down the road to figure out what the crunching noise was.
