Usual paint depth on a D2 s8 please??

Can anyone please educate me as to this?

Am I correct to be suspecting that the all aluminium construction moves the paint stage to a different place?

The reason that I ask is that the s8 I am currently looking to correct has average readings of around 70mil. In the usual world of my detailing, that is alarmingly thin paint .

I do know that the car has been extensively detailed previously this year, but am uncomfortable to believe that it has been so heavily corrected and polished to this thickness??

So, what is the expected paint depth on an s8 please??
