this is about the steering wheel and I'm delighted you think it looks standard as that's a compliment when it comes to a mod! It's the same moulding but with thicker padding and nicer perforated leather, the standard wheel was very ordinary compared to the rest of the interior. I had 2 minor scratches sorted by my favoured bodyshop, there's no trace of their work and I'm pretty particular. It's had 5 previous owners, 4 of them within the first 20 months, last change was in 2011. It came from Bognor Regis and has been up here for 9 months. It's HPI clear.

The steering wheel looks like perforated leather, is that standard?
I'm presently the owner of his former (standard) S8 wheel.

Yeah he was a bit ambivalent about selling it (always a good sign) and he ended up needing a change of vehicle for business reasons.

I've had a couple of queries asking, essentially, is the car clean
Some more photo's to show the general condition!      Also meant to add that both offside door handles have been replaced and that it's got the last of the facelift brakes with the biggest discs they fitted to a D3, they are quite effective!

If I was in London I could have sold this 3 times over but being in the frozen north makes it trickier!

Current mods: solar sun roof, 20mm rear spacers, 15 mm on front, red brembo callipers, 6k headlights, rear view camera, engine remap, alloy dash dial rings, alloy navi rings, tt/phaeton pedal upgrade, (and custom matching foot rest) dension ipod interface & parrot hands free kit (both fully hidden), av input, tv in motion switched thro' PF switch in blanking plug right of steering column, Audi 'quattro' sill covers, repositioned centre console switches, radio clock, .Planned mods: auto-dimming rear view mirror, dash cam (as steamship's), fit the ski hatch, refit philips drl's (or maybe not - nope, definitely not - horrible botch!).
