Talking Dynamic suspension mode greyed out

Last couple of days I was scratching my head so hard that I'm almost bold now.
Last Sunday when I press CAR button to set suspension to Dynamic as I was going for a casual drive on my own.
(Comfort - wife and daughter inside the car, Dynamic - they are not in the car

To my surprise and shock I wasnt able to select Dynamic and it was greyed out.
And I am aware that solution to this problem is so silly, almost embarrassing, but I decided to share it. Why? I really don't know

There was no warning lights on the dashboard, nothing. I couldn't get any answer to this problem. Even Audi specialist was scratching his head (over the phone). I even purchased quickly a vag software and run all the diagnostics and nothing.
I thought maybe MMI got stuck, reset, no luck.
I set suspension to Automatic and I went for a fast steady drive on M25, nothing.

Now the silly bit.
Cause and solution.
For some unknown reason the Towing Mode was on which prevents suspension going into Dynamic mode even when set to Automatic.
No idea how it happened, but as soon I switched it off Dynamic mode came on straight away.

So silly, me of course.
