Colour: Dolphin grey or black
Interior: black or dark grey leather, preferably half alcantara, but may consider light grey

By the way, do all D2 A/S8's come with through rear centre arm rest load access? My old '99 QS had the so called 'ski bag' option, but just the hole is extremely useful for getting 3m lengths of copper pipe from B&Q
