KESSY on 2006
hi guys,
ever since I bought the car KESSY never worked [which didn't bother me much] but with Christmas approaching I though I might buy myself a gift and, i.e. sort it out  .I did do couple scans over a period of time and each and every time it complaints about R108 antenna... I tried the fuse box as well as disconnect/reconnect with contact spray etc. which didn't do much. Assuming I may need a new antennae is this something that can be done as straight swap or it needs coding? cheers

Antennas wouldn't need coding but another Kessy would need all sorts of messing around with.
I have never had issues with mine touch wood but from what I have read else where its the Kessy's mosfets that fail more often than not. Google for Kessy mosfets and you will no doubt find what I'm talking about.
