you should check out MRC Tuning in Banbury, I don't have any experience myself but I am told they are simply the best for VAG

All the companies you've been recommended are good They're usually about the same price too, so it's pretty much, pick one you like the sound of.

The only extra that Shark really have is the STS system (unless the others have similar that I've not seen), where you can upload the normal, fast or an economy map as you see fit.

That is interesting. And how do you upload them?? Like via laptop or there is a box somewhere with all three maps and you just use a switch or something and box does the uploading??
I assume this can't be done while driving.

Pretty sure you have to decide before you start the engine. It also has a 'no map' option to stop it being started. And you can remove the unit.
