Default 11*20 all around

small and quick question:

will 11*20 fit on a 2007 d3?
fit = dont touch anything anywhere

if it wont, what is the maximim wide i can use? 10*20 all around should certainly be ok - correct?

i really like it when the rim/tire comes outside of the car

the rim im looking at, for your info, is a rohana rc10 concave
(if anyone knows of similar deep concave rim which is less expensive, please tell me )

thanks in advance for your opinions / experiences

BR

depends on so many other factors - age of car and suspension type, se or sport suspension, what wheels and tyres you've already got on etc.
The best thing is to measure what your current gap and poke of wheel is on your current wheels and then put the info for your current and new wheels and tyres into www.willtheyfit.com
and then you can see how much more they will poke out and in vs your current fitment

so, i have a sport suspension (is that good or bad?)
i ran the number s on will they fit

on car documents says , on registration it came with 235/50 r18 101Y`(i suspect and 8J)
i ran numbers for an 10.5 wide rim, 20" and an ET of 27 ( http://www.nicheroadwheels.com/specs.cfm?id=5093 )

says 1% difference in circumference (ok i think) but im worried over the rim moving in closer by 1.5 cm )

Quote:
Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 15.8mm closer to the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 47.8mm more than before.
will this work??? i mean, without spacers

please let me know if you do

You will need to get your car up onto a ramp or get underneath and see how close the existing wheels are to everything and then add those figures on to the inside and outside of the wheel and see if it looks like you will have clearance - its the only way to tell without actually offering up the actual wheels and tyres

mm, not really my cup of tea
luckily for me, i need to put the car in a serviceshop soon, change the filters, oil etc everything.
ill ask them to measure it for me.

even if they would come in to close, it could still be sorted out with a spacer as a last resort i guess
